No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For any area where SMS fields are optional, upon messaging opt-in, the end user agrees to receive messages from Senpilot regarding our products and services. End users can opt-out by replying STOP or request more information by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 17. SenPilot Field Mobile App

This section applies to SenPilot Field for iPhone, version 1.0.0 with demonstration services enabled. It supplements the website policy above; the mobile-specific practices described here apply to this release.

Account and service data. When you sign in, your email address and password are sent over HTTPS to Senpilot to authenticate you. We process your account name, user and organization identifiers, and session token to provide access to the workspace and assets. The session token is stored using the iOS Keychain. Our backend records authentication events, including the user/account identifier, event time, IP address and user-agent information, for security, troubleshooting and account-access auditing. Login events also support usage reporting, such as counts of active users and logins.

Local fieldwork data. Demo form answers, inspection notes, photos, recordings, barcode values and scripted-assistant conversations are stored on your device. This release does not upload these captures through its demonstration services. Demo sync is a local preview, not a server backup. Assistant replies are scripted, and no messages or audio are sent to Google Gemini or another AI provider for generation or transcription in this release.

Permissions and maps. With your permission, the app uses the camera to scan barcodes or take photos, the photo library to select images, the microphone for local recordings, and foreground location to show nearby assets or record local inspection coordinates. These permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. The map view uses Apple Maps; requests for map content are handled by Apple under its privacy policy. Local fieldwork coordinates are not uploaded to Senpilot by the demo sync service.

Updates and diagnostics. The app uses Expo/EAS to check for and deliver application updates. Update requests include an app-installation identifier, platform and app/runtime/update version information, IP address, and, when applicable, recent update failures or fatal-error information. Senpilot and its service providers process technical and crash diagnostics to deliver updates, troubleshoot problems and keep the app reliable. These identifiers and diagnostics may be associated with an installation or device; authentication audit data is associated with the account.

Use and sharing. Mobile account, usage and diagnostic data are used for app functionality, security, support, reliability and usage analysis. Service providers supporting hosting, authentication and update delivery process data as needed to provide those services. This release has no advertising SDK and does not use mobile data for cross-app advertising tracking or share it with data brokers. If you open our website or contact support outside the app, those interactions are covered by the applicable website and support practices in this policy.

Retention and your choices. Local demo records persist on the device until deleted or the app and its local data are removed; signing out does not erase saved drafts. Device backups you enable may retain copies under your backup settings. Server-side account and audit records are retained as necessary for service operation, security and applicable obligations, as described in section 7.
